• Brand Integration: Utilized the Chasse Building Team logo and brand colors to ensure consistency with the company’s identity.
• Layout Design: Chose a full-bleed landscape design for a modern and clean look.
• Image Optimization: Enhanced images for appropriate lighting and clarity, replacing any dark or fuzzy stock images.
• Content Refinement: Worked on reducing the page count by optimizing layout and content distribution. Removed redundant pages and adjusted white space usage.
• Notice Compliance: Ensured all required notices, such as CHIP and ACA notices, were included. Updated tables and sections with additional lines for pre-existing condition limitations.
• Iterative Feedback: Incorporated feedback from internal reviews and client comments, ensuring all revisions were made promptly.
