Richmond Concept was engaged to design and structure the Culturewell website to clearly communicate its infection prevention platform to hospitals and hospital systems. Culturewell operates at the intersection of environmental microbiology, healthcare quality,
and infection prevention. The website needed to establish clinical credibility, articulate a complex technical solution in an accessible way, adhere strictly to established brand guidelines, and drive qualified hospital leaders to schedule a consultation.

The goal was to translate Culturewell’s proprietary germ detection technology, risk algorithm, and heatmap reporting system into a clear, compelling digital experience that supports sales conversations and enterprise engagement.

Objective:
The primary objective was to design a website that:

  • Clearly defines the healthcare-associated infection problem for hospital administrators and infection prevention leaders
  • Differentiates Culturewell from traditional alternatives such as ATP testing and culture-based swabbing
  • Communicates proprietary detection capabilities including<1 CFU/cm² sensitivity and rapid 18-hour results
  • Positions Culturewell as a data-driven infection risk partner
  • Drives consistent calls to action to schedule a consultation via Calendly
  • The website also needed to balance scientific rigor with clarity, ensuring accessibility while maintaining technical accuracy.
