Presentation Design Approach:

We developed a structured presentation system using PowerPoint, applying a clean layout framework with consistent typography, color usage, and spacing. The visual direction introduced stronger brand integration, improved use of orange as an accent color, and more intentional use of white space. We refined slide layouts to balance technical information with visual clarity, incorporating graphic elements such as process diagrams, step-based visuals, and branded iconography. Additional attention was given to slides like the “5 Steps” graphic to ensure consistency and readability across the deck. The system was designed to support both detailed content and quick scanning, making it effective for decision makers reviewing the presentation on their own.

Execution:

We began by reviewing existing materials and identifying gaps in structure, messaging clarity, and visual consistency. From there, we established a clear slide outline and reorganized content to improve narrative flow, including repositioning sections such as Community Involvement to better support the overall story. We explored multiple design directions and refined the selected concept based on client feedback, enhancing visual interest through subtle gradients, color balance, and improved image selection. Throughout the process, we worked closely with the client to refine content, including offering expanded copywriting support to better articulate key business challenges and solutions. The final deck was built with careful attention to hierarchy, alignment, and pacing, ensuring each slide contributes to a cohesive and professional presentation.
