Richmond Concept was engaged to design a handout and poster for Zillow, aimed at supporting their new strategic vision and significant business transformation. With a new Chief Marketing Officer steering the direction, Zillow is transitioning from an advertiser model to actively participating in real estate through their “Zillow Offers” initiative. This pivotal change required effective communication to internal stakeholders, necessitating materials that encapsulate the new vision and engage employees.

The primary objective was to create a visually engaging handout and a manifesto poster for an upcoming town hall event. These materials were intended to communicate the new strategic direction, rally employee support, and foster a sense of empathy and commitment to the company’s goals.
