Skin Again & Richmond Concept
Objective
Richmond Concept was engaged to enhance the website for SkinAgain.com with the primary goal of improving user experience. The main objective was to review and redesign the website to enhance user experience, while maintaining the aesthetic quality of the new design.
Background
SkinAgain products are infused with positive energy and positive ingredients. They are formulated with natural ingredients, making them vegan, paraben-free, gluten-free, and cruelty-free. Richmond Concept was engaged to enhance the website for SkinAgain.com with the primary goal of improving user experience, while highlighting their health-conscious brand.
The Challenge
The original design improved aesthetics but did not perform well as a sales tool. Richmond Concept aimed to address these issues by optimizing the website’s user experience and functionality.
